 | Introduction
In NOV 1978 a STUDY CIRCLE was introduced inside Kacha Darwaza Gujranwala. The basic idea behind this institution was to develop a place where the students of present time would get the real light of ISLAM beyond the concept of sectionism. This great idea was introduced by a young but intelligent student of 1st year(at that time) named ABDUL MAJID HAMEDED. Since he was committed to generate such minds who would brighten the minds of all people of the society, that is why he declared the name of this platform "MASHRIQ STUDY CIRCLE". In JAN 1998 a school name "MASHRIQ MODEL HIGH SCHOOL" was lounched under the administration of M.ZAHID HAMEED to promote the Mashriqi thoughts in an organized manner. Realising the national needs of education and character building "MASHRIQ SCIENCE COLLEGE" (Kangniwala G.T. Road) was introduced in JAN 1998. Only because of solid management and extraordinary effort, this college became one of the largest institutions of the city. Its 2nd branch was introduced in JAN 2001 in GULSHAN-E-ADEEL(Near Jamia Mohammadia). This branch is working nicely under the management of DR.QASIM HAMEED. In Feb 2003, another branch was developed for boys only in MUHAFIZ TOWN. This branch was shifted near the main Kangniwala in AUG (Ramadan) 2009 under the administration of M.AZAM HAMEED. Director's Message
ALLAH's name I begin in. Mashriq is a name which no doubt gives the hope of light to the people in darkness. I'am really pleased that our institutes are performing tremendously to enlighten the hearts and minds of young generation. We strive to provide an environmental which enables all students to develop their academic, moral, physical and spiritual potential. We are committed to promote the highest standards of academic excellence in teaching and learning, keeping in mind not only educational needs of individual students but also religious, cultural and economical needs of society.
The touch stone of success is building of character and integrity of our students so that they learn to live as the sincere and honest citizen of this country. Since the teachers are the real builders of the nation , they are the only people who can bring our nation out of cessation, that is why we are emphasizing a lot on teachers selection and their training(with respect to religious, moral, professional and social point of view) so that they would play a role as the present time demands to meet them.
I hope by grace of ALLAH our team of management with co-operation of teachers will go on generation such minds who will brighten the future of this nation.
